Title – LPN - LTC
Location – Winslow, AZ
Shift – Day
Hours – 3x12
Guaranteed Hours – 36 hours in a week
Duration – 13 weeks with possible extension

Requirements: -
Must have 1 year of LPN -LTC experience.
Must have LPN License , BLS and Covid Card.

Weekly Pay - $1700
