Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Position Highlights:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will:
Manage property portfolios, ensuring financial and operational goals are achieved.
Oversee routine property management duties, including rent collection, tenant relations, and vendor management.
Handle capital projects such as roofing, asphalt repairs, and vacant space build-outs.
Ensure lease compliance and resolve tenant concerns with a high level of customer service.
Prepare annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial operating statements.
Maintain a strong understanding of property systems (HVAC, fire systems, access controls, etc.).
Act as a liaison with internal and external teams to maximize asset performance.
What You Bring:
Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred. SC/NC broker license preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in commercial property management with construction project management experience.
Skills: Proficiency in Yardi and Excel, strong financial acumen, and a solid understanding of leases and accounting principles.
Traits: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AIA contracts.
Experience managing capital projects and improvements.
Knowledge of market TICAM rates and tax valuation appeals.
