Job Description: We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients.
• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Monitor and analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and cohesive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other behavioral challenges.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in supervision and training of RBTs preferred.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the clients location.
