ProCare Therapy is seeking Special Education Teachersin Justice, ILfor the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with special needs to help them achieve their educational goals. This dynamic role is a full-time position with benefits provided by ProCare Therapy.

Job Type:

  • Full-time, on site special education teacher

  • 2024-2025 School Year: Start ASAP

  • Hours are 8:00-3:00

  • Special education teacher will be working with 1st and 2nd grade special education students.

  • Teacher will demonstrate proficiency in educating students with special needs through use of evidence based practices.

  • Teacher will support emotional needs of students.

  • More details given at time of interview.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Special Education OR degree specific to teaching students with special needs

  • Must have a current Special Education (SPED) certification in the state of Illinois.

  • Previous experience in schools in preferred but NOT required.
