We are currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Albert Lea, MN. This is a full-time district-wide position supporting Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and secondary grades 8-12. • Pay Rate: Starting at $45/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Dates: ASAP May 28, 2025
• Caseload: District-wide, supporting ECSE and secondary grades 8-12
• Location: Albert Lea, MN

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across various grade levels (ECSE to grades 8-12).
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, focusing on academic, behavioral, and emotional support.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement interventions for students with a range of needs.
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations for special education services.
• Support students with social-emotional learning, mental health needs, and crisis management when necessary.
• Consult with teachers and administrators to identify and address student learning and behavioral challenges.
• Participate in meetings and provide expert input to help create a supportive educational environment for all students.

• Must hold a School Psychologist license in the state of Minnesota (or be eligible for licensure).
• Experience working with Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and secondary students (grades 8-12) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and intervention strategies.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team of educators and staff.
• Compassionate, patient, and student-focused approach to psychological support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
