• Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate individuals
• Deliver superior customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns
• Manage data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date and accurate
• Handle email correspondence professionally, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary
• Schedule appointments, managing a complex calendar system to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage customer information
• Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all customer information is easily accessible and secure
• Employ strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to efficiently answer a multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated skills in providing superior customer service
• Experience in data entry and email correspondence

• Organizational skills for managing and organizing files
• Experience in the education industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational level is required
