Join our dynamic team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Boxford, MA Youll have the opportunity to work closely with students who have speech and language disorders, providing support that helps them thrive in their educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop treatment plans (SLP).
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech-language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Track and document student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Support IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals.
  • For SLPAs: Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Requirements:

  • SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid MA SLP license.
  • SLPA: Associates degree in an approved SLPA program or related field, valid MA SLPA license.
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Excellent munication and organizational skills.
