Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We serve large corporate clients with on-demand needs for walk-in coolers and ice makers, among other services.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Utilize troubleshooting and HVAC skills.

• Apply knowledge of electricity.

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Valid refrigeration technician license in Rhode Island (RI) and Massachusetts (MA).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and best practices.

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
