Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract through ProCare Therapy
School Year: 24/25

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials to join our team for the 24/25 school year in Newburg, OR. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on students' communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
