ProCare Therapy is looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Special Education Case Manager to join our team for the current school year. This full-time, contracted role starts immediately and will run through the end of the school year, offering a fulfilling opportunity to work with K-12 students with various learning needs.

Position Details:

  • Title: Special Education Case Manager
  • Location: East Moline, IL
  • Contract Term: Full-time, ASAP-End of school year
  • Grade Levels: K-12th grade students
  • Caseload: Manageable, covering a wide range of student needs

As a Special Education Case Manager, you will play a key role in creating and managing IEPs, ensuring that each student receives the specialized support they need to thrive academically. You will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop customized learning plans that align with each students unique strengths and challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IEPs and manage special education services for students
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure students meet their educational goals
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Monitor student progress and adjust educational plans as necessary
  • Provide support and guidance to both students and their families

Qualifications:

  • Experience in special education or case management preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • A commitment to improving student outcomes and supporting their growth
