Fixed Asset Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous Fixed Asset Clerk to join our team in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of fixed asset data, invoice processing, and data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity with the potential for permanent hire at the end of the contract period.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and process invoices related to fixed assets

• Maintain and update fixed asset data following an integration

• Evaluate invoices for taxability and approve them accordingly

• Enter approved data into the system efficiently and accurately

• Assist in maintaining the ledger related to fixed assets

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Resolve customer inquiries related to fixed assets and invoice processing

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in invoice processing, ensuring correct and timely payments

• Knowledge and experience in handling fixed assets, including tracking and recording, is strongly preferred

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling company’s financial information

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
