Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of our manufacturing department. The Machine Shop Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage machine shop staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Oversee the operation of all machinery, ensuring they are well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the machines.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety and compliance measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Plan and schedule work assignments and production schedules.
- Inspect all completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage and control machine shop inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and parts.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Prepare and present reports on machine shop operations and productivity.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00
