Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an opportunity for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our detail oriented Services team located in MILLWOOD, New York. The successful candidate will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring effective communication with all levels of management. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows and MAC OS environment
• Proactively manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory
• Handle Group Policy management in a proficient manner
• Manage and troubleshoot networking issues including VPN, LAN, VLAN, and firewall rules
• Maintain a solid understanding of network protocols
• Provide on-call support for emergencies when required
• Communicate effectively with peers, end-users, and all levels of management
• Administer Windows Server in a hands-on capacity
• Supervise network management activities
• Utilize knowledge of VMWare in everyday operations
• Apply understanding of network protocols to effectively manage network operations
• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments in daily operations.• Proficiency in Android Development
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
• Experience with Mac Computers and Apple Devices
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and Active Directory
• Understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Familiarity with Deployment processes
• Ability to work in a detail oriented services environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in IT and Help Desk support would be advantageous.
