ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a high school caseload in Maywood, ILfor the 24-25school year. Candidateswill be responsible for conducting assessments, creating behavior plans, and providing training to staff and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct supervision and consultation to behavior technicians and other team members
  • Monitor progress and adjust behavior plans as needed
  • Develop and implement staff and family training programs
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support the implementation of behavior plans
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment plans, progress notes, and reports

Qualifications:

  • A valid Illinoisstate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting with high school-aged students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families

Details:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • 24/25school year position
