ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Sierra Vista, AZ, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, providing an opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group intervention to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid RBT license.
- Must have a valid Community First Aid and CPR card or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
