Pay:Up to $50.00 an hour. Additional bonuses may be available for higher qualifications and more experience.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Valid MO State Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies, data collection, and analysis
  • Excellent munication skills for collaborating with parents, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to create individualized behavior plans
  • Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will work directly with students to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans aimed at improving social, munication, and academic behaviors. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to provide students with the necessary tools to succeed in both academic and social settings. What Youll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other behavioral concerns
  • Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy to students to implement behavior strategies
  • Train and support teachers and staff in behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with school teams to ensure behavior interventions align with individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Monitor and assess student progress and make adjustments to interventions as necessary
  • Provide regular munication to parents and caregivers regarding behavior progress and goals
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of interventions, progress, and behavior data
