Job DescriptionJob Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately transfer data between systems for key business functions, including labor, purchases, inventory, and cash/banking. This is a temporary position that involves repetitive tasks that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and transfer data from one system to another, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Process data related to labor, purchases, inventory, and cash/banking in a timely manner.

  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.

  • Maintain organized records of all data transactions.

  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
