Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Bilingual SLPA in Grants Pass, OR

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) looking to make a difference in a vibrant community? Were seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Grants Pass, OR, where youll provide exceptional speech and language services to elementary students from early education through 5th grade.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Grants Pass, OR

Details:

  • Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Setting: Onsite, working with students in a collaborative school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments: Assist in conducting thorough speech and language assessments.
  • Therapy Plans: Support the creation and implementation of individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance student development.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
  • Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Valid OR license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • Bilingual: Must be bilingual.
  • Experience: Experience with or willingness to work with elementary students.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to excel in a school-based setting.
  • Commitment: Dedicated to improving students' communication skills.
