Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of salaried management experience in full-service restaurants that serve liquor, beer, and wine (LBW)
  • Proven track record of loyalty and tenure (no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years)
  • Strong work ethic with high standards of integrity
  • Genuine leadership and teamwork skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering quality service with excellence
