Job Posting: Full-Time School BCBA
Location: Stoughton, MA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Stoughton, MA, working with students in a supportive school environment. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavioral plans, providing training and guidance to staff, and supporting students in achieving their educational goals. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) for students.
  • Provide direct services and consult with teachers, parents, and support staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff in implementing BIPs and behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
