Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a vibrant team in Ivanhoe, Illinois. In this full-time position, you will work across multiple elementary schools, providing speech and language therapy services to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. You will address a range of communication challenges to support students' academic performance and social interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to elementary students, working on speech articulation, language disorders, fluency, and more.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to design and implement individualized IEP goals that meet the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies to ensure measurable improvement.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights to help guide the development of goals focused on both academic and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP License (required)
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, but not required
