Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Libertyville, IL
Hours per Week: Full time: 37.5 hours a week
Caseload: 40 students

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Illinois, providing services to K-12students. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a unique caseload of students with mild to moderate disabilities. The therapist will be responsible for typical SLP duties including IEPs, evaluations, and both direct and indirect speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of 40 K-12 students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of speech and language goals.
  • Provide both direct therapy and indirect services (collaboration with teachers and support staff).
  • Monitor and report student progress toward established therapy goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois.
  • Experience working with elementary school students with mild to moderate disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
