Position Details:
- Full-Time position, On-site
- Start: Next school year
- Hourly Rate: $33-38/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy sessions to students.
- Conduct individual or small group therapy sessions under SLP supervision.
- Implement therapy plans designed to address students' speech and language objectives.
- Facilitate communication and language development in classroom settings.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and document student progress.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and educational professionals to meet students' communication needs.
- Assist in preparing materials and resources for therapy sessions as needed.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in school or pediatric settings.
- Valid SLPA license and Minnesotateaching certifications required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and peers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- W-2 Employment Contract
- Competitive Hourly Rates
- Eligible for ProCare's comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and Weekly Pay.
Interview Process:
- Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- Followed by a 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
- Typically receive an offer within 24-48 hours post-interview.
