Our school district fosters an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and helping students develop essential skills.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Work 1:1 with the assigned student, utilizing evidence-based strategies to improve behavior and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to support the students needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress and strategies used during sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid RBT certification.
  • A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral needs, is essential.
  • Candidates must pass a fingerprint and drug screening to ensure a safe and secure environment for our students.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Highly competitive compensation ranging from $23 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

Interview Process:
  • A quick 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
