Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MIG welding and have leadership experience. They will be responsible for laying out, positioning, and securing plasma and cut parts using a straightedge, as well as welding in various positions including vertical up, vertical down, horizontal, and overhead.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently perform MIG welding
• Layout, position, and secure plasma and cut parts using a straightedge
• Weld in various positions including vertical up, vertical down, horizontal, and overhead
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Read and interpret CAD drawings

Work Environment

The facility is temperature-controlled with music playing over speakers throughout the shift. PPE and tools are provided as needed, including work gloves, protective glasses, and hearing protection. Steel toes are required and must be provided by the employee. Our facility is clean, organized, and recently updated with new restrooms, office spaces, and a paved parking lot. The shift hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm with little to no overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00
