LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company based in Woodbridge, NJ. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary B2B Collections Specialist.. This is a 2-month assignment to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, collecting on 90-day overdue accounts, updating account information, and handling receivables.
Job Title: Temporary B2B Collections Specialist
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Duration: 2-month assignment (covering leave)
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts.
- Collect on 90-day overdue accounts.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B collections or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of waste management industry is a plus.
