Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST Preferred)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)
Work Shift: Standard Business Hours, M - F (40 hours a week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support two recruiters in a fast-paced environment, assisting with scheduling interviews, receiving candidate updates, and managing on-boarding tasks for candidates who have accepted offers.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Assistant role.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters to coordinate interviews and manage scheduling.
Receive and process candidate updates for on-boarding.
Partner with service coordinators to streamline administrative tasks.
Perform entry-level administrative duties related to on-boarding for non-exempt roles (e.g., administrative staff, security officers).
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for basic tasks as required.
Job Details:
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or permanent placement.
Schedule: Full-time, remote (preferably EST/CST time zones).
Interview Process: Single interview round with the hiring manager.
