• Answer inbound calls, providing quick and comprehensive support to customers
• Utilize Avaya CMS for managing customer interactions effectively
• Carry out benefit functions, ensuring our customers are fully aware of the benefits of our services.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services• Experience with Avaya CMS
• Able to use various computer programs effectively
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with Epic Software
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
