What You Bring as an Assistant General Manager:
- Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, full-service setting.
- Brunch Expertise: High-volume breakfast/brunch experience is essential.
- New Openings: Experience with new restaurant launches is a major plus.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent skills to motivate and lead teams.
- Thriving Under Pressure: Proven ability to excel in a high-volume environment.
