Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Consistently exceed guest expectations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, warmth, and professionalism.

  • Optimize Cost Control and Efficiency: Maintain financial performance by controlling costs, optimizing labor, and minimizing waste, all while upholding impeccable service and quality standards.
  • Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to your team, setting high standards and leading by example to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a general management role at an independent restaurant or group, with a demonstrated track record of leadership in a high-volume environment.
  • Leadership Excellence: A natural leader who is approachable, communicative, and has the ability to motivate and develop teams. Leads by example and is deeply committed to upholding operational standards.
  • Passionate About Service: A strong passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, with a keen attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every aspect of the operation.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, while keeping a sharp focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff development.
  • ServSafe Certification: Required for food safety and to ensure compliance with health regulations.
