Job Description

We are seeking a General Production Worker to operate machines in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires attention to detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to handle repetitive changeovers.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
  • Perform visual product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle repetitive changeovers with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in packaging and assembly tasks as needed.
  • Load and unload materials and products as required.
  • Comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in production, machine operation, and packaging.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs - 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in inspection, machine operating, and general labor.
  • Forklift operation skills are a plus.
  • Experience in cleanroom environments and medical device production is advantageous.
  • Steel toe or composite shoes are required for the shift and interview.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 11:30pm. Other shifts are available. The role is within a manufacturing environment where you will need to suit up in production areas. Expect a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
