Paraprofessional Position

Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Near Navasota, TX
Hourly Rate: Up to $25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
As a Paraprofessional, you will work directly with students and assist teachers in creating a positive and supportive learning environment. You will help implement instructional activities, provide individual or small group support, and contribute to the overall success of students in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and supporting student learning.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including students with special needs.
• Help with classroom management and ensure a positive and productive environment.
• Support students during activities, including those in the classroom, cafeteria, or during extracurricular events.
• Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• municate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Strong munication skills and a positive, patient attitude.

Pay and pensation:
