We are searching for a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in the service industry, based in Kentucky. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves addressing customer needs, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication with various vendors.


Responsibilities:

• Handle communication with customers to address and resolve their service needs promptly and efficiently.

• Manage all stages of a service event, including vendor selection, dispatch, follow up, and completion.

• Accurately dispatch breakdown specifics to ensure timely repairs.

• Collaborate with a variety of vendors within the company network.

• Address on-demand customer requests and provide detailed product and service information.

• Develop repair estimates, and secure necessary customer approvals.

• Identify and escalate priority issues, routing calls to appropriate resources and leadership team.

• Meet individual production targets and contribute to the team's monthly budget requirements for service events.

• Manage multiple projects or service events simultaneously, maintaining productivity.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM for data entry, order entry, and schedule appointments.

• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Skilled in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience or ability to learn order entry processes
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the 2nd shift
• Prior experience in a customer service role is desirable but not mandatory.
