Position Type: Part-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Etowah, NC, for the 2024-2025 school year. This part-time position involves working with students across various grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP in North Carolina.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
