LPN Details

  • Full Time Schedules
  • Some weekends may be required
  • 8 or 12 hour shifts depending on facility
  • Contract Position

LVN Duties

  • Provide pain management and support for residents with chronic or end-of-life conditions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer basic diagnostic tests and perform clinical assessments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members about care, concerns, and progress.
  • Work as part of a team of healthcare providers, including RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure optimal care for residents.

LVN Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution
  • Licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
  • 1+ year of relevant Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience
