Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTechnical Support Specialist: Harmon, ILOur customer in Harmon, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team and who can contribute to the overall success of the company. We’re actively recruiting candidates to fill a full-time Technical Support Specialist position.  Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting products.
  • Ability to interpret and read electrical schematics.
  • Enter order data in the computer.
  • Receive on the job training.
 Technical Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of electrical diagnostics and circuit boards required.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and learn quickly
Pay for Technical Support Specialist: Starting at $16-$18/hour. Technical Support Specialist Benefits:
