Remote Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Location:Illinois
Position Type:Part-Time Opening

Overview:
If you're a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois seeking a 3-day/week role, VocoVision is hiring for this school year. You'll deliver speech therapy virtually to K-12 students, helping with articulation, fluency, and speech development issues. Want to learn more? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a virtual school setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions through online platforms.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to address students' communication and learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in Illinois(CCC-SLP required).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Preferred experience with virtual therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable computer with high-speed internet (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Pay Rate: $45-55 per hour (depending on district budget and candidate experience)
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Yes

Interview Process:

  • Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a VocoVision Recruiter
  • Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute session with the School District
