School Psychologist

Location: Faribault, MN
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Grade Levels: PreK-12

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our educational team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions, to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. This role involves collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct support to students, including counseling and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Conduct behavioral observations and develop strategies to address challenges.
• Provide professional development and training for school staff on mental health and behavioral interventions.

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Minnesota State Licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with IEP development and implementation is preferred.
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
