Claims Analyst

LHH has partnered with a growing client that is looking for Claims Specialist to join their team in Rossville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to CSR claims team and can manage high volume data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
Receives, reviews and enters adjustment claim forms and check for accuracy of information and reason for adjustment.
Receives and matches supplier credit with claim.
Assists team with any data entry, filing, and customer service support needs.
Communicates with suppliers requesting RGA numbers, missing credit, and necessary data.
Processes adjustment reports and data.
Assists in answering department telephones to help is resolving any issues.
Assist is entering tire registrations in database.
Qualifications:
2+ years of data entry and or customer support experience.
Claim experience a plus
SAP experience a plus.
Ability to handle a high volume of data entry tasks.
Strong organizational skills
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
Hybrid, Contract
