Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for full-time positions in East Bridgewater, MA, for the 2024/2025 school year. This role involves providing essential support to elementary and middle school students, ensuring their academic and behavioral needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instruction and student management.
- Support students with their academic and personal needs.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behavior.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in education or special needs preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents.
