Position: School Psychologist
Location: Shelton, WA

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 37.5hours per week
  • School Year: 2024/2025

We are looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Washington. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to support student development and well-being. You will provide psychological assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with staff to create an inclusive and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to address students' needs and improve learning outcomes
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Offer training and support to teachers and staff on mental health and behavioral management strategies
Qualifications:
  • Valid Washington State School Psychologist Licensure
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
  • Experience conducting assessments, creating intervention plans, and supporting IEP processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
