Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Implement and direct quality control and food safety efforts to ensure the conformance of finished goods and products to quality standards.
• Establish inspection standards and methods, including testing and evaluation.
• Work on product recipe optimization for improved yield and customer specification compliance.
• Oversee IFS, SQF, and HACCP systems, ensuring testing and assurance compliance.
• Prepare quality information documents, reports, and manuals.
• Monitor production and quality reports daily, identifying any quality deviations.
• Initiate corrective actions for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.
• Participate in projects for continuous improvement and coordinate plant sanitation/regulatory/GMP inspection and audit programs.
• Work collaboratively with the production, sanitation, maintenance, shipping, and receiving departments to verify SOPs.
• Manage all customer complaints by investigating and following up with customers and/or support departments.
• Maintain the factory's allergen and other quality control programs.
• Lead and support the achievement of plant operations food safety and quality goals.
• Investigate and follow up corrective actions on product complaints and deviations as well as in-process issues.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and validate standard operations procedures.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities to meet the needs of our plant as well as our customer's needs.
• Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Android Development is required
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira is a must
• Demonstrated ability in Bug Tracking is needed
• Experience in Integration Testing is necessary
• Knowledge of Jenkins is essential
• Capability of conducting AB Testing is important
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is required
• Skills in Auditing are desired
• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment is an advantage
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance is necessary
• Experience performing Quality Assurance Inspections is essential
• Familiarity with different Quality Assurance Environments is a must
• Understanding of various Quality Assurance Methodologies is needed
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control is important
• Adherence to Quality Assurance Standards is required
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance is a must
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance Testing is desired
• Experience working in Quality Assurance Teams is essential.
