We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an adept Billing Specialist situated in SOUTHFIELD, Michigan, 48075-7712, United States. As a Billing Specialist, you will be instrumental in handling a high volume of invoices weekly and using QuickBooks for efficient processing. Must be comfortable with processing 400-500 invoices weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing billing functions with precision

• Utilizing QuickBooks to process a substantial number of invoices weekly

• Applying knowledge of accounting software systems to streamline billing processes

• Leveraging CRM to maintain accurate customer records

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving them efficiently

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Conducting auditing tasks related to billing

• Managing accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments

• Using Aderant for effective financial services

• Applying knowledge of Costpoint to handle accounting functions effectively

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services to optimize billing operations

• Leveraging About Time to streamline accounting functions

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Aderant is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Knowledge of Costpoint is required.
• Competency in CRM is essential.
