Salary: $55k - 65k/year

A client of ours in Vancouver is looking for a Project Manager.

This is a hybrid position of someone learning all aspects of the job, where 40% of time is spent 'managing': Scheduling jobs, supervising employees, safety training, overseeing and performing vehicle and equipment maintenance, and 60% is spent performing the work as an employee, including training new employees.

Pay: $55k - 65k/year

Schedule: Varies - 7:00AM until done; Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Training employees

  • Insulation/HVAC/Painting/Carpentry/Energy efficiency

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years residential construction experience (carpentry/insulation/hvac/painting)
