Role Overview: We're seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role involves working within a school environment, providing vital speech and language services to students with diverse munication needs. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a recent graduate, we invite you to apply and be part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and munication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
