Job Description: We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Concord Township, OH. The SLP will work with students who have speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them overcome challenges to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on students' needs and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and therapy goals.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records.
  • Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
