Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for experienced a clinical Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN CLIN) for a per diem / PRN assignment for flu vaccine events in Ashland, KY

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN CLIN) Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Part Time PRN / Per Diem
 • Location: Ashland, KY
 • Facility Type: Flu clinic events
 • Shift: Day Shift 4-6 hour events starting mid October

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay: up to $35/HR

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN CLIN) Requirements:
 • Must have 6 months out of the last 18 months of recent LPN experience
 • Must be proficient with giving vaccines
 • Must have BLS certification
