Role Overview: As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will play a crucial role in delivering speech and language services to students in a school environment. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and driven to positively impact students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
  • Deliver therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective munication strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and munication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
