Our nurses will be able to log into their portal, and see what career paths are needed to reach a certain specialty, or what is available to them now based on their current specialty. For now, I think we can say that we always prioritize internal candidates when it comes to growth. We offer residency programs on a rolling basis throughout the year, so Med/Surg RNs, for example, can apply to these at any time. Even though they will likely need a residency to move into a new specialty, they are paid based of years of experience, therefore their pay would not be effected at all.

Job Details



Cellular Therapy Quality Manager.

*** Having cellular therapy lab experience is 100% non-negotiable.

*** Candidates will need to be familiar with cell therapy as well as quality process review.

*** The role is Monday – Friday, 8am -5pm.

Here are some other job duties for this position:

  • Reviewing, modifying and approval of all quality SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Monitoring compliance with standards in the performance of processing procedures
  • Developing systems for auditing processing facility activities
  • Planning, preparation, and participation in accreditation reviews (FACT & FDA (Food and Drug Administration))
  • Ultimate responsibility for the development of a comprehensive quality management plan and proper implementation of the plan
  • Maintain and analyze key performance data related to cellular therapy products
  • Sponsored research audit preparation and primary contact for study audits
