Title: Professional Liability Associate Attorney

Salary: 150,000 - 270,000

Summary: AMLAW 200 firm is looking for an ambitious attorney to join their prestigious firm in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate for the Professional Liability Associate is someone who not only understands the practice but also is comfortable in handling their own case load and representing a reputable law firm in all legal matters. Professional Liability Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in professional liability matters, including defending malpractice claims, regulatory investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with case preparation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and attend hearings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.

Professional Liability Attorney Qualifications:

  • D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the state bar in MA.
  • 3+ years of experience in professional liability defense, legal malpractice defense, or related practice areas (e.g. insurance defense, complex litigation).
  • A strong sense of professionalism and commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
